The world is changing fast, and so is business. Now more than ever, businesses and corporations need effective leadership to steer companies through challenging and tumultuous times. The US Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that job prospects for MBA graduates will continue to grow through 2022; and employment for training and development managers is projected to increase 11 percent, as is the increase for top executives. While professionals can certainly earn leadership and management roles without an MBA, the demand for them is ever-increasing – and in business, it’s sink or swim.
Warnborough College offers an Executive MBA that consists of 60 credits and may be completed in as little as 12 months on an accelerated track. Required core classes include Managing Organisations, Business Statistics and Analysis, Managing People, and Managing Strategy. All students must also hold a concurrent 6 month internship (if not already employed), complete a final thesis/project, and attend a brief residential workshop at the end of the degree. For students’ scheduling convenience, there are new entry dates on the 1st of every month, and courses are flexible enough to allow students to complete coursework as they see fit. In addition, students have access to a personal tutor for each individual course. Applicants should submit undergraduate transcripts and must have had at least 3 years of managerial experience. Also note that Warnborough’s program is an exceptionally affordable one, with scholarships, grants and payment plans available. More information: www.warnborough.edu
