The Man Who Crossed the Tracks

Ray Book Cover.jpg

Warnborough Council Secretary, Dr Ray Morland has lived a very eventful life. Coming from humble beginnings in New Zealand, he never thought he would be able to achieve a solid education. He did, and Ray went on to inspire countless numbers of students to acquire an education. He has been very active in the Australian Aborigine community, and countless students owe their success and achievements to Ray’s guidance and support. His life echoes the words of Dr Brenden:

“Do not waste your life on folly,
Live to learn, and learn to live.
If you want to pass on knowledge,
you must acquire it first.

Fellow Council member, Dr Pamela Hatton has spent the last three years researching Ray’s interesting past. Here, she lovingly tells the story of the man who wouldn’t retire, but refire. This book of inspiration will soon be available through Warnborough College or you can email us for a copy (GDP £10) today.
